Nik was an amazing host. From our first connection (on arrival) to the end, Nik was responsive, friendly and helpful. This included providing countless suggestions for great restaurants - all of which as good as promised - to helping us find a medical clinic. His apartment is in a perfect position - overlooking the water and just the right distance from town. It is ground floor - so privacy is limited - but we were not troubled by that. Unfortunately (for us and Nik), the day after we arrived the upstairs neighbour started a bathroom/kitchen renovation. Couldn’t be helped, and Nik managed the whole position well. Even when we had a water leak through the roof! For many this would ruin a holiday. Nik helped us avoid that. I would highly recommend staying in Sitges if you’re coming to Barcelona. It’s 40 minutes or so on the train, so perfect for day trips downtown. And Sitges is a fabulous town - with heaps of options. And if you do come, staying at Nik’s apartment is a fab option!!

Nicholas, the epitome of the perfect host. Couldn’t do more for us, so kind and generous with his time. His apartment was as described, very comfortable with all the amenities required. The best aspect is its location - super quiet at night, yet right in the heart of the town and literally 40 metres from the beautiful beach. Great restaurants around, a supermarket on the side street, parking a short walk away. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had the most wonderful stay at Nicholas’s apartment. It was really tastefully decorated and everything looked new especially the bathrooms and kitchen area. Beds were really comfortable. Fantastic location for everything. Couldn’t fault anything. Nicholas was very quick to reply to any messages and recommended some great restaurants. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Loved everything!!!

Sitges is a beautiful town and staying at Nicholas's place is really a big plus. We communicated very well with Nicholas and he was very friendly and helpful.We are a total of eight people who used the cab app provided by Nicholas in the downtown area, which is fast and convenient.We even took cabs to Barcelona. The place was surprisingly clean and all the well thought out arrangements made people feel comfortable.There is also a security system in the house which is very secure. All in all, I am looking forward to staying at Nicholas' accommodation again soon. Thank you Nicholas for all the help.He was like a good friend who has been hosting us for a long time.Everything very nice everything is great!!!!

Location is ideal. Sea view and close to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment with good A/C and lots of everyday items to make stay easier. Very responsive host and flexibility around check in and check out which was huge help. Would recommend.
