Casa Papiolet has 4 bedrooms with kingsize beds. Two bathrooms upstairs. One bathroom downstairs. Halls, sitting room with open fireplace, kitchen fully equipped, garden and terrace, spacious couch house.
This beautiful house is adorned with beautiful art and oozes charm and character.
The space
If you’re looking to experience a traditional Catalan home holiday, this is the place for you. Exuding in traditional style but it’s modernised to make your every comfort full filled.
Luxurious decoration and stunning contemporary art adorns every wall. The terrace/courtyard is stunning. With a newly built saltwater pool, perfect for refreshing or just lazing about in the summer sun!
Fully heated and cieling fans in most rooms, traditional cottage feel with old stone floors and beams. There are beautiful mosaic floor tiles in most bedrooms. This house has thick walls that are over 200 years old, built and designed in those days to keep cool.
The house has been fully modernised with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with ceramic induction stove, Oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining room leads out to a beautiful landscaped private courtyard. The perfect spot for breakfast!
The first floor boasts a beautiful double bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets, comfy mattress and en suite bathroom.
The remaining three bedrooms have a double size beds, and a pretty shared bathroom.
This is a unique space, steeped in charm and traditional style and very elegant! You won’t want to leave!
Located on the foothills of the Penedes wine region and close to Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona and Montserrat. Private tours of vineyards can be arranged.
BEACHES – There are many beaches close to home. In 12 minutes you park the car along the beach in Coma Ruga with the palmtrees that grow on the beach. You can walk if you want to the beaches of Francas or Roda de Bara or Creixell. There are al lot of nice beachbars. For lunch I can recommend Vila dels Angels in Coma Ruga, there is also a nice cocktailbar next to puerto deportiva Roda de Bara.
Calafell en Sitges are two beaches in the other direction. Again a lot of possibilities for eating and drinking. I am fan from Rachels Tapas Restaurante in Calafell/Beach.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. There is a private pool located opposite the house, in a private garden, separate from the house. (Please note that the pool is not attached to the property but a mins walk away) The pool will be completed in June 2023 and photos will be attached when completed.
Other things to note
The house is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished by the owners in order that you may enjoy a relaxing stay. This is a great sized house and can sleep 7 people comfortably. It’s can sleep 8 but one of the double beds is only 140cm in width.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays. All bedding is also washed using special antibacterial products.
Smoking is strictly permitted in the outside areas only.
No parties or loud music after 10pm.
Early luggage drop off is available on day of check in after 11am, but must be pre arranged and confirmed.. Check in is after 4pm unless previously arranged.
Late checkouts only available if possible and need to be pre arranged. Late luggage collection can be arranged in advance but must be collected before 2pm.
If you require a baby travel cot and high chair, please notify me 48hrs before arrival.
Recycling bins available.

- Amazing Private Chef or private catering available Upon request. Highly recommended for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversary and even wedding celebrations. Advance notice required. I can put you in direct contact with chefs or caterers and you can discuss prices within your budget.
- In-house private masseur available for individual or groups. Upon request 75€ per hour
- Team building and group activities such as cocktail masterclassses or treasure hunts. Upon request.

- Housekeeping or extra cleaning available at 18 Euros per hour. Please advise when making reservation!!
- Babysitting: 18 Euros per hour for 1 child. 5€ per child more per hour if more than one child. Advance notice please.
