The space

The apartment is located overlooking the beautiful Balmins beach. It is situated on a quiet residential street only a minutes walk from the beach or an 8 minute walk into town. San sebastian beach with its wonderful bars and restaurants is only a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment is bright and perfectly fitted for a relaxing holiday away.
There are two double bedrooms with silent electric fans, wifi, a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has the use of a large, shared communal pool! Although the apartment comes without Aircon, it comes with a fresh sea breeze and it has fans in the bedrooms.

Guest access

You will access to the entire apartment. Open living/Dining space with a table and 4 chairs. The balcony also has a table and chairs for you to sit, overlooking the ocean, where you can enjoy your breakfast or an evening meal. There is also a communal pool for you to use from 10-9pm daily.

Other things to note

The property is situated on a quiet residential street. There is a communal pool for you to use if you fancy a refreshing swim after a day in the sun.
