Wall-to-wall sliding glass windows facing the ocean create a beautiful picture from every room framing ocean or garden and mountain views.

The lush landscaped garden, filled with cactus and flora, enhances the sense of privacy. The gardens are not ignored by any property. Palm trees, fruit trees and cacti along with beautifully landscaped flower beds surround the 1000 square meter property.

The 14 meter salt water pool with a walkway over it separates the deeper end from a “beach” area where you can lie in the refreshing salt water with a martini or a glass of local wine or cava, making it ideal for relaxing or for children who need shallow water.

There is a terrace with 3 luxurious double bed style loungers and extra comfortable loungers for guests. There is shade if needed for those hotter days.

By the pool there is a stunning lounge area with sea views, dining table and outdoor bed, essential for those shady naps!

This villa is an example of high-end design and perfect for family gatherings or entertaining.

All bedrooms have electric opaque blinds to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

The property has a complete and premium security alarm system and video surveillance cameras. The cameras can be turned off upon request.

The villa is wheelchair friendly, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, with only one step to enter the property and one step up to the house level. All areas have a 180 cm wheelchair response area and all doorways are wide enough for a standard wheelchair. Also included in the house design are en-suite showers in each bedroom, one on the second floor with handrails and a seat for people with disabilities. Only a 2 cm step in the showers.

A travel crib and highchair are available upon request.

• We supply all herbs, spices, cooking oil, coffee, etc. for your stay. Extras are at an additional cost.
• The villa has filtered tap water for drinking and water softeners in all showers and sinks.
• The price also includes cleaning twice a week and change of sheets and towels once a week.

Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. This includes vaporizers and electric cigarettes.

Early baggage drop-off is available the day of check-in after 11:00 am. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. unless previously arranged.

Late check-out is only available if possible and must be arranged in advance. Late baggage claim can be arranged in advance, but must be before 3:00 p.m. metro.

Central air conditioning is available in all rooms.
However, we are an eco-friendly house and ask that you make sure it is turned off if the rooms are not occupied and the windows are closed while it is running. We try to be as green as possible.
All of our appliances are eco-friendly. We also use solar panels along with the main electrical line.

Recycling garbage cans are provided and recommended.
