There is a large, modern open-plan kitchen and dining/living room area that extends outside to a fabulous dining terrace.
The kitchen has a large marble top island, gas stove, electric fan oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all essentials you will need.
On the top floor you will find the fourth (penthouse) bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with its own exit onto the roof terrace, with sofas, hammock and sunloungers.
The roof terrace has an outdoor shower, large pergola and a chill out sofa area for sun-downers.
Central Air conditioning has been installed throughout the property as well as high-efficiency and silent fans for those who prefer no air-con! In cooler months, the property has underfloor heating throughout.
Tacón is in the heart of the Old Town of Sitges, which is a lively town throughout most of the year. However, the property is located on a quiet street, cobble stoned and filled with charm. One of the most photographed and picturesque streets of Sitges.
Fantastic shops, bars and restaurants are only moments away. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back every year!!

Early luggage drop off is available on day of check in after 11am. Check in is after 4pm unless previously arranged.
Late checkouts only available if possible and need to be pre arranged. Late luggage collection can be arranged in advance but must be collected before 3pm.
Air conditioning is available throughout, However, we are an eco friendly house and ask you to ensure it is switched off if the bedroom is not occupied and windows are closed whilst in operation. We try to be as eco friendly as possible.

Please note that the apartment has silent fans throughout the property and for the very hot months we now have integrated air conditioning in every room. In winter months, there’s underfloor heating throughout.

This apartment is on the second floor walk-up and is not very suitable for toddlers or Persons with Disabilities (mobility). Please inquire.
