The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, fiber optic wifi (30Mb) and a ‘Smart’ flat TV connected to the internet with Netflix. There is a balcony overlooking the picturesque streets of sitges with a table and chairs. The perfect spot for people watching or a glass of cava after a day on the beach.
The brand new, modern, kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including; fridge/freezer, hob (induction), oven, , Coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
The 3 good sized double bedrooms are all double glazed and have hotel quality, Flex-Dreamax mattresses to help ensure a good nights sleep. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower. The other two rooms have a double beds and Juliet balconies with street views. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with a modern shower cubicles finished to the highest standard.
The apartment is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished by the owners in order that you may enjoy a relaxing stay.
Smoking is strictly permitted in the outside areas only.
No parties or loud music after 10pm.
The building has an elevator but has about 8 steps to climb.
Early luggage drop off is available on day of check in after 11am. Check in is after 4pm unless previously arranged.
Late checkouts only available if possible and need to be pre arranged. Late luggage collection can be arranged in advance but must be collected before 3pm.
Air conditioning is available throughout, except one bedroom, which has a powerful, silent revolving fan. A portable unit can be requested at 30€, however we need 48hrs notice.
However, we are an eco friendly house and ask you to ensure it is switched off if the bedroom is not occupied and windows are closed whilst in operation. We try to be as eco friendly as possible.

You will access to the entire property accept one small storage room.
Sitges is about 45 minute drive from the centre of Barcelona and only 25 minute drive from El Prat, Barcelona Airport. Sitges has great transport links to both, easily accessible by both bus and train. I can collect you from the train or bus station and walk you to the apartment. Access to Sitges from the Airport could not be easier, with frequent trains or the ´Plana’ bus which runs frequently throughout the summer months.
