The Living Spaces & Amenities

Designed with meticulous attention to detail, the property seamlessly connects its historic past with modern luxury, showcasing curated eclectic artwork throughout.

• The Heart of the Home: An open-concept living and dining area leads into a fully equipped kitchen featuring premium stone countertops. It comes complete with a gas and induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and full laundry facilities (washer and dryer).

• Indoor-Outdoor Living: The living space opens up to a lush, private Mediterranean courtyard. Complete with a BBQ and a comfortable outdoor sofa, it is the ultimate spot for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of local Cava.

• The Lounge: A charming, art-filled room featuring a balcony overlooking a quiet street, a dedicated workspace, smart TV, and high-speed WiFi. It includes a premium sofa bed (140×200 cm with a 12cm mattress) for an additional guest. (Note: Guests using the sofa bed will need to access the en-suite bathrooms located within the main bedrooms).

• Year-Round Comfort: The home features underfloor heating on the lower level, radiators upstairs, full air conditioning, and high-efficiency silent ceiling fans for a natural breeze.

Parking: Includes a private, secure parking space suitable for a small to medium-sized vehicle.

Accommodation & Layout

The two floors are elegantly connected by a beautiful, narrow spiral stone staircase. Both bedrooms are designed to hotel-standard luxury with 100% cotton linens, premium bedding, and blackout blinds.

• Upper Level (Master Suite): Features a large double bed (180×200 cm) with a deep 30cm Dream-Flex mattress. This room boasts direct views over the private courtyard and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and complimentary toiletries.

• Ground Level (Guest Suite): Features a comfortable double bed (160×200 cm) also equipped with a 30cm Dream-Flex mattress and its own private en-suite bathroom.

House Rules

To ensure a seamless stay for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to respect the following guidelines:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property (permitted outdoors only).

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards (no parties or loud music).

• Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM. Early luggage drop-off can be arranged from 11:00 AM.

• Late check-outs or luggage storage before 3:00 PM are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

• Please help us save energy by turning off the AC when leaving the rooms and keeping windows closed during use.
