This property has ocean views that you will never want to leave!
The space features a lounge-dining area with a sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning throughout, super fast 300Mb fiber optic WiFi and a Smart flat TV with Netflix. From the lower level you can walk out onto a terrace overlooking the Sitges hills and the Mediterranean Sea, with a dining table and chairs for 6, a brand new Weber gas barbecue and an outdoor lounge area.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, filtered water dispenser, microwave and a dishwasher.
All 3 bedrooms have double glazing, hotel quality Flex-Dreamax mattresses and access to their own private terraces! The master bedroom has a queen size bed kitted out with a memory foam topper for extra comfort, ample wardrobe space and an ensuite. The second bedroom on the upper level has a very comfortable king size bed -also kitted with a memory foam topper- which can be made into 2 singles on request with 48 hours’ notice. The third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The two modern bathrooms are finished to the highest standard, both with a comfortable shower and a large bathtub.
The duplex is situated about a 10 min drive from the popular town of Sitges, adorned with 7km of fabulous beaches, bars, restaurants and nightlife! There is a local beach less than 10 min walk away through the woods!
You will be surrounded by gorgeous hiking trails, hidden coves, secret beaches and will find some local convenience stores and quaint little cafes within walking distance. The charming town of Vilanova i la Geltrú offers great beaches and ample shopping and dining opportunities, only a 10 minute drive or 25 minute walk if you fancy some local exploring.
For families, a baby cot and a high chair are available with 48 hours’ notice. There is a kitted out playground a 3-minute walk away from the property and the communal pool area has also a children’s pool which is only 35-40cm deep. Please note that the stylish stairs in the duplex are not toddler-friendly so we ask that you keep an eye out.
Smoking is strictly and only allowed in the outside areas, please no parties or loud music after 10pm!
The building has an elevator.
Early luggage drop off is available after 11am, and check in available after 4 pm unless previously arranged. Late checkouts and late luggage collection can be arranged in advance.
We are an eco-friendly house and ask you to switch off the air conditioning if the bedroom, living room or apartment is not occupied, and to keep the windows closed whilst in operation. We also ask guests to remember and respect that Spain is a dry country and to value and respect our water sources and supplies, avoiding water waste and respecting our environment.
Recycling bins are available, and we will supply you with the necessary bags.
Extra services such as private chef, in-house masseur, private yacht or boat, team building activities, cooking classes, housekeeping, babysitting, wine tastings, private tours of Sitges, yoga classes, scooter and cycle hire and beach sunlounger bookings are all available upon request, with prices and availability upon request.
Checkins after 23:00 have an additional 30€ charge. Payable in cash on arrival.
You will have access to the entire property, car private parking and pool access (separate from the apartment and about 4 mins walk away).
The property is situated in a quiet residential gated area. We expect guests to follow house rules at all times and respect our residential neighbours. Any people not respecting these simple house rules will be asked to leave immediately without any refund given!
House rules:
No smoking within the property, only on outside spaces and to use ashtrays provided.
No parties or loud music at any time!
Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am
No swimming in the communal pool after 9pm till 10am
Respect neighbours at all times.
Loss of keys incurs a cost of 200€ to replace locks + cost of new key copies!
Call out fee for loss of keys after 10pm add an additional 100€,
Smoking inside the property will incur a fine of 300€.
No pets allowed without prior consent and extra fees may apply.
No guests allowed into the property that are not registered prior to arrival (within discretion)
Loss of garage key is 100€, and loss of pool access key is 75€ to replace. Please take care of them.
